Is your rates inclusive of Electricity, Water..etc?

Water charge is 20 Baht / unit (minimum 15 units per month).

Electricity charge is 5 Baht per KW charged per meter.

Common charge (cleaning, guard, cctv) is 35 Baht per sqm / month.

WI-FI is free unless mentioned otherwise.

What room size or room amenities should i expect in the room?

UTD Living Properties room’s give you the space you need to work, as well as large work desks and cable TV for news and entertainment. For your convenience all of our rooms are also equipped with air-conditioning system, water heater, a kitchenette (most of the properties but not all), as well as TV and refrigerator and many other equipment are available depending on the length of stay and type of the Apartment.

Do you have laundry and Parking services?

We offer a laundry room facility, and also we offer a convenient next-day laundry service and delivery five days a week. Parking is available in all of our properties free of Charge.

Is your rates per room or per person?

The rates charged are per room, although the cost may differ slightly for double and triple occupancy.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee or a deposit?

All room reservations require a full payment or the minimum deposit to be paid, also to be noted that a deposit is required on check in at a minimum of 3,000 baht per room.

How do I cancel my reservation without a charge?

knowing that Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled at any time.

How many people can stay in one room?

Each guest room have it’s own occupancy, so when you book the room you will be choosing the occupancy of the room you want, knowing maximum occupancy is 4 Adults + 2 Child’s for two bedroom Suites with no extra bedding provided.

Can I change a reservation after it’s been made?

Yes. You can modify your reservation online, or call +66 9-1041-7913 to change your reservation over the phone or send us an e-mail to our reservation personal to make the changes you need at modify@utdliving.com. However, please keep in mind that changes are subject to restrictions depending on the details of your original reservation.
